This doesn't happen too often but from time to time offers don't track
properly. Simply get them to submit a support ticket with proof they
completed the offer and it will get resolved.
What is a support ticket?
If you need to ask the referral site any questions you must create a
support ticket. This can be done by going to the support section on the
referral site. Expect a response within 24 hours in most cases.
Yes, you can use the same referral site more than once. Once you receive your gift you reset your account and you are good to go. You keep all un-used referrals and you don't have to complete another offer.
